To strengthen this transformation, Records and Information Management East Africa (RIMEA) is convening the Procurement Documentation and eProcurement Conference, scheduled for 17th – 21st November 2025 at Lake Naivasha Panorama Park, Naivasha.

This five-day conference will bring together procurement officers, records managers, finance executives, auditors, regulators, and IT specialists to explore how documentation, automation, and eProcurement platforms are shaping the future of procurement in Kenya and across the region.

The shift from paper-based procurement processes to digitized, automated systems presents both opportunities and challenges. The adoption of eGPKenya.go.ke is revolutionizing procurement by promoting:

Conference Fees

The participation fee covers tuition, conference materials, certificate, meals and refreshments, and access to all sessions including the Contract Management Conference.

KES 77,720 per participant – for full 5-day attendance
KES 60,000 per participant – for groups of 5 or more from the same organization
USD 950 per participant – for international delegates

Note: Accommodation and transport are not included in the fee but can be arranged at discounted rates with Lake Naivasha Panorama Park upon request.
