RIMEA holds the 2nd Customer Service Summit: Customer Service, Communication, Mail and Records Management at the Lake Naivasha, Panorama Park, and Naivasha, Kenya from the 4th to 8th December 2017 for Executive Secretaries, Mail Room Officers, Records Management Officers, Personal Assistants, Secretaries, Administration Officers, Office Clerks and Registry Clerks from both the private and public sector.
