RIMEA will be holding a 5 days workshop on Best Practices in Performance Contracting and Process Audits at the Rift town of Naivasha.

The Workshop, which targets HR, Records and Administration Officers aims at impacting them with knowledge on the best practices in performance contracting, report writing and audit of processes in an organization.

RIMEA has been running events covering various areas aimed at promoting best management practices.
