The Data Protection Act 2019 aims to safeguard personal data, ensuring its privacy and proper handling, while the Access to Information Act 2016 promotes transparency and accountability by granting individuals the right to access information held by public entities.
During the webinar, our expert speakers will provide in-depth insights into the following topics:
- Data Protection Act 2019: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the provisions and requirements of the Data Protection Act 2019, including data subject rights, consent, security measures, cross-border data transfers, and the role of the Data Protection Commissioner.
