Records and Information Management East Africa (RIMEA), the Eastern Africa premier and pioneer institution in records and information management development, training and research will hold the 3^rd Customer Service, Communication and Information Management Workshop on the 6^th to 9^th September 2016 at the Lake Naivasha, Panorama Park, Naivasha, Kenya for Executive Secretaries, Personal Assistants, Secretaries, Administration Officers, Drivers, Office Assistants,  Clerks and Registry Clerks from both the private and public sector.
