The much-anticipated Mombasa CEOs Summit on Digitization, organized by Records and Information Management East Africa Limited in partnership with Africa Center for Governance and Information Management and Afri Board Rank, is set to take place from the 19th to the 21st of September 2023. This exclusive event will bring together esteemed CEOs to discuss and explore the latest trends and innovations in the realm of digitization, aiming to equip business leaders with the knowledge and tools necessary to stay competitive in the fast-evolving digital landscape.
At the CEO Summit on Digitization, the following topics will be presented:
- Planning for Implementation of Electronic Document Management Systems: This presentation will focus on the strategic planning and considerations involved in adopting and implementing electronic document management systems (EDMS). It will cover the benefits of EDMS, the selection process for the right system, integration with existing processes, and the overall impact on organizational efficiency and productivity.
- eGovernment: Key to service delivery. This presentation shall analyze the status of eGovernment in East Africa. The importance of its implementation and space in service delivery, curbing corruption, and improving ease of doing business.

Event Details and Registration:
The summit will commence with an opening session on the 19th of September 2023 at 9:00 am and conclude with a closing session on the 21st of September 2023 at 3:00 pm. The venue for the event is the picturesque Bamburi Beach Hotel in Mombasa, Kenya.
The summit fee is USD 514 (exclusive of VAT) per person, covering workshop fees, materials, daytime meals, and refreshments. CEOs wishing to have their accommodation at Bamburi Beach Hotel Should communicate in advance. Participants should organize for own transport.
